    This function creates empty PDEContent.

    lphContent LPHIG_PDE_CONTENT The created PDEContent.

    Error count.

    Supported Raster Image Formats:

    This function does not process image pixels.

    Remarks:

    Call IG_PDE_content_release to dispose of the object.
