    Tests whether a bookmark is open.

        HIG_PDF_BOOKMARK hBookmark,
        LPAT_PDF_BOOL lpbOpen
);

    Arguments:

    Name Type Description
    hBookmark HIG_PDF_BOOKMARK The bookmark to test.
    lpbOpen LPAT_PDF_BOOL TRUE if hBookmark is open; FALSE otherwise.

    Return Value:

    Error count.

    Supported Raster Image Formats:

    This function does not process image pixels.

    Remarks:

    An open bookmark shows all its children.
