This function is called when the user loads a thumbnail in the window hwndThumbnail.

Arguments:

Name	Type	Description
lpPrivate	LPVOID	Private data passed.
hwndThumbnail	HWND	Thumbnail window handle.
lpszFileName	const LPSTR	File name of the thumbnail.

Return Value:

None

Supported Raster Image Formats:

This function does not process image pixels.
