    This function sets new visibility state of the layer.

    Declaration:

        HIGLAYER hLayer,
        AT_BOOL bVisible
);

    Arguments:

    Name Type Description
    hLayer HIGLAYER Handle to the layer object.
    bVisible AT_BOOL Layer visibility state.

    Return Value:

    Error count.

    Supported Raster Image Formats:

    This function does not process image pixels.
