    This function removes the layers from the specified HIGEAR.

    Arguments:

    Name Type Description
    hIGear HIGEAR Handle to the image whose layers are removed.

    Return Value:

    Error count.

    Supported Raster Image Formats:

    All pixel formats supported by ImageGear for C and C++.
