    This function sets the X and Y coordinates of the image layer's left/top point.

        LPAT_POINT lpLocation
);

    Arguments:

    Name Type Description
    hLayer HIGIMAGELAYER Handle to the image layer object.
    lpLocation LPAT_POINT the X and Y coordinates of the image layer's left/top point.

    Return Value:

    Error count.

    Supported Raster Image Formats:

    All pixel formats supported by ImageGear for C and C++.
