    This function obtains the raster image representing image layer.

    Declaration:

        HIGIMAGELAYER hLayer,
        LPHIGEAR lphIGear
);

    Arguments:

    Name Type Description
    hLayer HIGIMAGELAYER Handle to the image layer object.
    lphIGear LPHIGEAR Image representing the layer.

    Return Value:

    Error count.

    Supported Raster Image Formats:

    All pixel formats supported by ImageGear for C and C++.
