Calling this function will change a thumbnail's state to highlighted and/or selected.

Arguments:

Return Value:

Returns the number of ImageGear errors that occurred during this function call.

Supported Raster Image Formats:

This function does not process image pixels.

nMask and nState can be a combination of the following values: IG_GUI_THUMBNAIL_STATE_HIGHLIGHT and IG_GUI_THUMBNAIL_STATE_SELECT.
