This function sets new opacity for the extra channel.

Supported Raster Image Formats:
This function does not process image pixels.
Remarks:
This function is applicable to any type of extra channels except IG_EXTRA_CHANNEL_TYPE_Unknown.
- Valid values are 0 through 255.
- An opacity value equal to 0 is transparent.
- Any opacity value from 1 to 254 is translucent.
- An opacity value equal to 255 is opaque.
