    This enumeration specifies mark accessibility state.

    Values:

    IG_ARTX_ACCESS_LOCKED Specifies that annotation is locked and can't be moved/edited with GUI.
    IG_ARTX_ACCESS_UNLOCKED Specifies that annotation is not locked and can be moved/edsited with GUI.
