    This function updates the annotation fill color.

    Arguments:

    Name Type Description
    hMark HIG_ARTX_RECTANGLE Annotation handle.
    lpColor LPAT_RGBQUAD New color value to be set.

    Return Value:

    Error count.

    Supported Raster Image Formats:

    This function does not process image pixels.
