    This function updates the precision of protractor measurement displayed.

    Arguments:

    Name Type Description
    hMark HIG_ARTX_PROTRACTOR Annotation handle.
    nPrecision AT_INT Specifies new value of protractor precision.

    Return Value:

    Error count.

    Supported Raster Image Formats:

    This function does not process image pixels.
