    This function sets the Y coordinate of the point.

    Arguments:

    Name Type Description
    hMark HIG_ARTX_POINT Point mark.
    nY AT_INT New Y coordinate of the point.

    Return Value:

    Error count.

    Supported Raster Image Formats:

    This function does not process image pixels.
