    This function rotates page's orientation.

    Arguments:

    Name Type Description
    hPage HIG_ARTX_PAGE Page to rotate.
    nMode enumIGRotationModes Rotation mode.

    Return Value:

    Error count.

    Supported Raster Image Formats:

    This function does not process image pixels.
