    This function queries the visibility state of the mark.

    Declaration:

        HIG_ARTX_MARK hMark,
        LPAT_BOOL lpbVisible
);

    Arguments:

    Name Type Description
    hMark HIG_ARTX_MARK Annotation handle.
    lpbVisible LPAT_BOOL Pointer to storage for function result.

    Return Value:

    Error count.

    Supported Raster Image Formats:

    This function does not process image pixels.

    Remarks:

    If lpbVisible is TRUE, the mark is visible.
