Arguments:

Name	Type	Description
lpStartPoint	LPAT_POINT	Start point of the line.
lpEndPoint	LPAT_POINT	End point of the line.
pLine	LPAT_ARTX_BORDER	Line attributes.
lpStartHead	LPAT_ARTX_ARROW_HEAD	Start head of the line.
lpEndHead	LPAT_ARTX_ARROW_HEAD	End head of the line.
pHeadFillColor	LPAT_RGBQUAD	Arrow head fill color.
nOpacity	AT_INT	Opacity of the line.
lphMark	LPHIG_ARTX_POLYLINE	Pointer to the created mark.

Error count.

Supported Raster Image Formats:

This function does not process image pixels.

Remarks:

Upon successful completion:

The caller is responsible for deleting the newly created annotation using IG_ARTX_mark_delete.
