Name	Type	Description
hMark	HIG_ARTX_IMAGE	Annotation handle.
lpColor	LPAT_RGBQUAD	Pointer to the new transparent color value. If lpColor is NULL, then no transparent color will be set.

Error count.

This function does not process image pixels.
