    This function updates the link object associated with the annotation.

        HIG_ARTX_LINK lphLink
);

    Arguments:

    Name Type Description
    hMark HIG_ARTX_HOTSPOT Annotation handle.
    lphLink HIG_ARTX_LINK New link object to set. See HIG_ARTX_LINK.

    Return Value:

    Error count.

    Supported Raster Image Formats:

    This function does not process image pixels.
