This function sets highlight state of annotation.

Supported Raster Image Formats:

This function does not process image pixels.

Remarks:

This is a Boolean property of legacy annotation types and means that the annotation is transparent. When set to TRUE, the annotation is transparent (equal to set transparency to 128); when FALSE, annotation is opaque.
