    This function queries the bounding rectangle of annotation.

        HIG_ARTX_HIGHLIGHTER hMark,
        LPAT_RECTANGLE lpRect
);

    Arguments:

    Name Type Description
    hMark HIG_ARTX_HIGHLIGHTER Annotation handle.
    lpRect LPAT_RECTANGLE Pointer to storage for bounding rectangle.

    Return Value:

    Error count.

    Supported Raster Image Formats:

    This function does not process image pixels.
