    This function sets attributes of line used to draw the annotation.

    Arguments:

    Name Type Description
    hMark HIG_ARTX_FREELINE Annotation handle.
    lpData LPAT_ARTX_BORDER Pointer to line attributes structure.

    Return Value:

    Error count.

    Supported Raster Image Formats:

    This function does not process image pixels.
