    This function updates the close state of the annotation.

    Arguments:

    Name Type Description
    hMark HIG_ARTX_FREELINE Annotation handle.
    bIsClosed AT_BOOL Specifies new value of annotation close state.

    Return Value:

    Error count.

    Supported Raster Image Formats:

    This function does not process image pixels.
