    This function sets highlight state of annotation.

    Arguments:

    Name Type Description
    hMark HIG_ARTX_FILLED_POLYGON Annotation handle.
    bHighlight AT_BOOL Specifies new value of annotation highlight state.

    Return Value:

    Error count.

    Supported Raster Image Formats:

    This function does not process image pixels.
