This function queries the highlight state of annotation.

Declaration:

Supported Raster Image Formats:

This function does not process image pixels.

Remarks:

This is a Boolean property of legacy annotation types. When set to TRUE, annotation is transparent (equal to set transparency to 128); when FALSE, annotation is opaque.
