This function is to be called during WM_SIZE message handling and it recalculates all the parameters according to the new window width and height.

Arguments:

Return Value:

Returns the number of ImageGear errors that occurred during this function call.

Supported Raster Image Formats:

All pixel formats supported by ImageGear for C and C++.
