IG_PDE_font_is_multibyte

Tests whether a font contains any multi-byte characters.

hFont	HIG_PDE_FONT	PDE font object.
lpbResult	LPAT_BOOL	TRUE if the font contains any multi-byte characters; FALSE otherwise.

This function does not process image pixels.
