Supported Raster Image Formats:
This function does not process image pixels.

The number of AT_PDF_FIXED values used depends upon nSegType:
- IG_PDE_MOVE_TO: x1, y1
- IG_PDE_LINE_TO: x1, y1
- IG_PDE_CURVE_TO: x1, y1, x2, y2, x3, y3
- IG_PDE_CURVE_TO_V: x1, y1, x2, y2
- IG_PDE_CURVE_TO_Y: x1, y1, x2, y2
- IG_PDE_RECT: x1, y1, x2 (width), y2 (height)
- IG_PDE_CLOSE_PATH: None
