IG_PDE_form

Creates a new form from an existing form object.

hForm	HIG_PDE_FORM	Form object from which a new PDE Form is created.
lphCloneForm	LPHIG_PDE_FORM	The newly created form object.

Error count.

This function does not process image pixels.

Creates a copy of the PDE Form, including the underlying objects.
