This function shows the dialog that allows you to produce an effect similar to "emboss", except that the output more closely resembles a quilted stitch pattern.

Arguments:
Return Value:
If the user specifies parameters and clicks the OK button, the return value is non-zero. If the user cancels or closes the dialog box or an error occurs, the return value is zero.
Supported Raster Image Formats:
All pixel formats supported by ImageGear for C and C++, except:
Indexed RGB – 1 bpp;
Grayscale – 1 bpp.
