Arguments:

Name Type Description
DoubleMatrix HIGDoubleMatrix HIGDoubleMatrix object.
RowCount AT_INT Row index.
ColCount AT_INT Column index.
lpValue AT_DOUBLE* Returns element value.

Return Value:

Returns the number of ImageGear errors that occurred during this function call.

Supported Raster Image Formats:

This function does not process image pixels.
