Return Value:
If the callback function returns FALSE, the mark is not deleted. It should return TRUE to allow the mark to be deleted.
Supported Raster Image Formats:
All pixel formats supported by ImageGear for C and C++.

Remarks:
If the callback function returns FALSE, the mark is not deleted. It should return TRUE to allow the mark to be deleted.
In order to use this callback, it must first be registered with ART using the function
ART_callback_register().
