This function returns the current visibility state of a mark.

Returns the number of ImageGear errors that occurred during the function call.

Remarks:
The value returned in lpVisible is the value of the bVisible field of the mark's attribute structure.
An error is set if any of the following conditions are met:
- hIGear does not reference a valid ImageGear handle. There are no marks with a matching index block.
- lpVisible points to an invalid address.
