This function returns the number of the frame that would be visible at the given time under normal speed playback conditions.

        HIGMULT hMult, 
        AT_UINT msTime, 
        LPAT_UINT lpFrameNum
);

Arguments:

Name Type Description
hMult HIGMULT Multimedia instance handle.
msTime AT_UINT Time in milliseconds (since the beginning).
lpFrameNum LPAT_UINT Frame number at given time.

Return Value:

Returns the number of ImageGear errors that occurred during this function call. If there are no errors, the return value is IGE_SUCCESS.

Supported Raster Image Formats:

This function does not process image pixels.
