Values:

IG_REC_FEATURE_NONE	No licensed features are available.
IG_REC_FEATURE_OCR	Main OCR is licensed.
IG_REC_FEATURE_ASIAN	Asian support is licensed.
IG_REC_FEATURE_FORMATTED_OUTPUT	Formatted output is licensed.
