Embeds the given hFont inside hDoc without creating a subset.

Supported Raster Image Formats:

This function does not process image pixels.

Remarks:

Use this function instead of IG_PDE_font_embed_now if you created font with the IG_PDE_FONT_WILL_SUBSET flag but changed your mind.
