IG_REC_redactor

Creates a new redactor instance.

The number of ImageGear errors that occurred during this function call. If there are no errors, the return value is IGE_SUCCESS.

This function does not process image pixels.

Callers are required to call IG_REC_redactor_delete to release resources owned by lphigRecRedactor.
