This function creates a new instance of Text annotation (IG_ARTX_MARK_PIN_UP_TEXT).

Arguments:

Name Type Description
pRectangle LPAT_RECTANGLE Annotation bounding rectangle.
lpszText LPSTR Text string drawn on annotation.
lpFont LPAT_ARTX_FONT Attributes of font to be used for text drawing.
pTextColor LPAT_RGBQUAD Text color.
pTextPin LPAT_ARTX_PIN Attributes of pin icon to drawn over text annotation. NULL if no pin should be set .
lphMark LPHIG_ARTX_MARK Pointer to storage for new annotation handle.

Return Value:

Error count.

Supported Raster Image Formats:

This function does not process image pixels.
