ImageGear for C and C++ on Windows v19.10 - Updated
IG_vect_beziersurface_set_nstepcount
API Reference Guide > Vector Component API Reference > Vector Component Functions Reference > Bezier Surface Functions > IG_vect_beziersurface_set_nstepcount

This function sets the count of interpolation steps in N direction for the specified Bezier surface.

Declaration:

AT_ERRCOUNT ACCUAPI IG_vect_beziersurface_set_nstepcount(
   HIG_VECT_ENTITY hEntity,
   long nStep
);

Arguments:

Name Type Description
hEntity HIG_VECT_ENTITY Handle to the entity of type IG_VECT_ENT_BEZIER_SURFACE.
nStep long Count of interpolation steps in N direction.

Return Value:

Returns 0 if successful. Otherwise, returns the number of ImageGear errors that occurred during this function call.

Supported Raster Image Formats:

This function does not process image pixels.

Sample:

None

Remarks:

M and N directions can be interpreted as columns and rows in the surface's mesh.

The ImageGear Vector component uses 10 interpolation steps by default. A greater step count results in a smoother surface and slower rendering.
