Closes the User dictionary previously opened by the IG_REC_UD_edit_open function.

This function does not process image pixels.

Example:

AT_ERRCOUNT ErrCount = 0; 
ErrCount += IG_REC_UD_set(NULL, NULL);
ErrCount += IG_REC_UD_edit_open();

ErrCount += IG_REC_UD_edit_close();

Remarks:

To save the latest changes made to the User dictionary, a call to the IG_REC_UD_save is necessary before calling this function.
