Creates settings collection and returns an ID being associated with it.

   AT_INT nParentSettingsId,
   LPAT_INT lpSettingsId
);

Arguments:

Name Type Description
nParentSettingsId AT_INT ID of the parent settings collection. If this parameter is -1 the new settings collection is initialized with their default values. If the parent collection exists, values will be copied from it.
lpSettingsId LPAT_INT Buffer to return Id of the newly created settings collection.

Return Value:

Returns the number of ImageGear errors that occurred during this function call.

Supported Raster Image Formats:

This function does not process image pixels.

Remarks:

The collection being created must be deleted with IG_REC_settings_collection_delete when it is no longer needed.
