This enumeration determines which flash the image was acquired to use.

Values:

IG_TW_FL_AUTO	Auto flash.
IG_TW_FL_NONE	No flash.
IG_TW_FL_OFF	Flash is off.
IG_TW_FL_ON	Flash is on.
IG_TW_FL_REDEYE	Redeye flash.
