| hIGMedElemList | HIGMEDELEMLIST | HIGMEDELEMLIST handle to the Data Element List object. |
Returns the number of ImageGear errors that occurred during the function call.
This function does not process image pixels.
For determining buffer size before its allocation call MED_ElemList_save_size_calc().
