This function creates a new instance of an Arrow annotation (IG_ARTX_MARK_ARROW).

Arguments:

Name Type Description
lpStartPoint LPAT_POINT Coordinates of start arrow point.
lpEndPoint LPAT_POINT Coordinates of end arrow point.
pLine LPAT_ARTX_BORDER Attributes of line used to draw arrow.
lpHead LPAT_ARTX_ARROW_HEAD Attributes of arrow head.
bHighlight AT_BOOL Indicates whether the annotation is highlighted.
lphMark LPHIG_ARTX_ARROW Pointer to storage for new annotation handle.

Return Value:

Error count.

Supported Raster Image Formats:

This function does not process image pixels.
