Inquires the current contents of the LanguagesPlus characters setting.

pLanguagesPlus	LPCWSTR	Pointer to a buffer to get the string of characters validated by the current LanguagesPlus setting in UNICODE.
nBufferSize	AT_INT	Specifies the size of the pLanguagesPlus buffer in bytes. It must be large enough to hold all the characters and the terminating zero.

Returns the number of ImageGear errors that occurred during this function call.

This function does not process image pixels.
