IG_gui_errstack

Creates a return handle of a new error stack window.

Arguments:

Name	Type	Description
hWnd	HWND	A handle of the parent window.
dwFlags	DWORD	A set of bit flags you can use to initialize the window.

Return Value:

Returns the handle of the error window.

Supported Raster Image Formats:

This function does not process image pixels.
