This function creates new blank composition of layers.

Arguments:

Name Type Description
lphLayers LPHIGLAYERARRAY Handle to the created layer array object.

Return Value:

Error count.

Supported Raster Image Formats:

This function does not process image pixels.

Remarks:

You can attach this composition to an image using IG_image_layers_set to convert the regular raster image into the layered one.
