This function creates the image layer from the raster image.

Arguments:

Name Type Description
hIGear HIGEAR Raster image from which to create layer.
lphLayer LPHIGIMAGELAYER Handle to the created image layer object.

Return Value:

Error count.

Supported Raster Image Formats:

All pixel formats supported by ImageGear Professional.
