Determines which flash the image was acquired to use.

Values:

IG_TW_FL_AUTO Auto flash
IG_TW_FL_NONE No flash
IG_TW_FL_OFF Flash is off
IG_TW_FL_ON Flash is on
IG_TW_FL_REDEYE Redeye flash
