TransformHighBit Method

Description:

Changes the High Bit Data Element of the currently loaded DICOM 16-bit grayscale image. The 16-bits are shifted up or down as needed to accommodate the new High Bit value, and the High Bit Data Element is updated. Zeros are shifted in as needed.

Syntax:

      TransformHighBit(NewHighBit As Long)
