Description:

Gets and sets the Data Element value item in case if items are of the Byte, Short, WORD, Long, or DWORD type.

For Other Byte and Other Word Value Representations, one item corresponds to one element in the array (Byte or Word, correspondingly). For other Value Representations, one item corresponds to one Value.

If the Data Element is single valued, use Long(0) to access its value.
